Bridging the Gap

What is coaching you ask … it is simply a structured process to talk through events and scenarios of day-to-day life. This is in order to understand your behaviours or habits that might be blocking you from your goals and dreams. Together, we explore and bridge the gap between your reality and your desires. 

Our brains are designed to think but we can get lost in these thoughts. We over-identify with them, therefore allowing them to blind-side us. A coach will help you reveal those blind spots. You will become a better, happier and more fulfilled version of yourself. 

We all need help at times. Getting support is a sign of strength and wisdom that you are ready to work on your personal growth. 

How Does it Work?

1- Coaching sessions take you through a series of questions, tools and frameworks, we agree on a goal or problem to be dealt with. Or perhaps we explore the dimensions of your life and where you might want some change. 

2- I combine my mindfulness, coaching and psychology training to help you understand what needs to change and how to work through it. 

3- Together, we develop a plan and we keep you accountable and build you up for success.
