Coaching through Change with Life Coaching Services

Do you feel like you’re drifting through life? You’re not sure who you are and what you want? You’ve had some major changes in your life that have thrown you and you don’t know where to start to find your path again. Maybe divorce, retirement, moving to a new country or a new work environment… how can feel balanced and full of wellness? Life coaching services can help you find the answers.

With many different people ‘coaching’, it’s easy to get confused. My approach is mindfulness based and I’ll challenge you to connect to your feelings whilst letting you be the driver of where you want to get to. I share my 3 step process of my life coaching services and framework to enable you to be the best version of yourself. With some easy tools and exercises, life can become manageable again. Coaching is an exploratory journey with no one can tell you the answers.

It’s about finding the path that works for you. You are the captain of your ship, so to speak, so let’s give you the tools to navigate it wisely. No decision is perfect and all have pros and cons. The trick is to work with the consequences confidently, whilst being at ease with ourselves. Signing up for life coaching services is the starting point.

Courses - Finding Brain Wellness

1-3 Day Mindful Development Workshops (online or in person):

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8 week course:

By learning some simple tools, you can gain a greater sense of control and ease. This course incorporates the foundations of mindfulness with meditation, yoga, group discussions and self-inquiry practices. You learns to navigate life’s stresses more mindfully and with kindness and compassion in order to make wiser, more fulfilling choices in life.

  • Week 1 Learning to pay attention – Introduction to Mindfulness
  • Week 2 How to stay with the present-moment – The Mindfulness of Breathing
  • Week 3 Our Storytelling Minds – The Mindfulness of the Mind – “Fight or Flight”
  • Week 4 Loving-Kindness – The Four Immeasurables
  • Week 5 To be with things as they are – Feeling Tones & Overcoming Resistance
  • Week 6 Mindful Yoga & Compassion
  • Week 7 Resilience & Opening the Heart – Exploring difficulties, anger, anxiety
  • Week 8 Moving Forward & Sustaining a Practice
  • Final Full mini-retreat day

Meditation with Life Coaching Services

If you asked me about meditation years ago, I would have laughed. I didn’t have it in me to even try to be still. Today, I can’t function properly if I haven’t meditated that day. There are definitely easy days and not so easy days but that’s what makes it interesting. Observing our mind is different every day. 

In this world of instant gratification and constant ‘doing’, it’s a relief to stop and listen to our inner soul. To connect with Nature and everything around us. Taking the time to ‘smell the roses’ is what helps us find meaning in this existence.

Single and group sessions are different experiences with different energy flows. I encourage everyone to try both and see for themselves what works.
