Are you facing change but don’t know where to start? Perhaps you’re in a new job or you need to navigate a new culture in a new country. Perhaps you’re dealing with midlife questions about the meaning of it all. Perhaps you’re dealing with loss after divorce, retirement or redundancy. Either way, peace of mind is possible and happiness is reachable by working with a holistic life coach.

I leverage my own experience of dealing with those situations and, along with my training, I work with you through these tough moments to find balance and meaning in life.

As a holistic life coach, I always find it interesting that we tend to measure ourselves by what we do at work. When you meet someone, one of the first questions usually seems to be “what do you do”. And success often seems to be about how many zeros you have in your bank account. We’ve created this society where consumerism lies at the heart of our values whereas there is so much more to being a human existing in this space and time. Through neuroscience psychology, yoga, mindfulness, coaching and dogs, I was finally able to find meaning in life and therefore, my path. My purpose in life as a holistic life coach is now to use that to help others like yourself. If I can bring a little bit more happiness to this world, then I feel my life has been fulfilled.

What are your dreams? What do you see when you imagine your future self? What changes need to happen to get there? What resources and tools do you need? Do you need to build resilience? Applying some simple tools, you can learn to refocus your strengths to create a new storyline in order to realise your future self.

Blending psychology, mindfulness and psychometric science with my own personal journey to offer unique guidance on how to find meaning in life and connecting with others more deeply.

Trained in psychology, yoga, mindfulness, yoga, coaching and dogs, I hope to help others find what they are looking for and hopefully get the same epiphany that happened to me. I will always connect my learnings to nature and animals. My dream is to one day offer a retreat for both people and animals.
