Sharing my Tips for Happiness from my work as an online life coach …
As you can probably guess, I’m Anne! Life is amazing and it’s also a tough slog. I’ve spent most of my life feeling shackled and stuck in a victim loop chasing the clouds of my mind. Then yoga, mindfulness, psychology, and some incredible people, including mine and other people’s dogs, showed me a different viewpoint. On this journey I’ve picked up some tips and clues for happiness. I’ll share these on my blog, as well as some of my favourite blogs and sites, one of which is Psychology Today which has some great practical advice.
Finding calm and the blue skies of my mind has been the most liberating and fascinating experience. My purpose is now to help others as an online life coach and I would love to help you, maybe even work with you. The journey never ends and if my story, and clues that I’ve learnt along the way, for example letting go of perfectionism, can help others, then I’ll feel that I’ve accomplished something beautiful. After all, we are all connected and here to support each other in this shared human existence. And the more tips for happiness we can all share with each other, the easier life will be.
