Similarly with relationships. Most of us never learnt the tools we need. To make matters worse, we often grew up with caregivers who weren’t the best role models, often through no fault of their own. Together we can break the cycle of unhealthy relationship habits.

With simple tools, we’ll define a new state of being and together we’ll work on closing the gap. It’s about finding a new story and a new you in this new phase of life.
