I didn’t have it in me to even try to be still. Today, I can’t function properly if I haven’t meditated that day. There are definitely easy days and not so easy days but that’s what makes it interesting. Observing our mind is different every day.
In this world of instant gratification and constant ‘doing’, it’s a relief to stop and listen to our inner soul. To connect with Nature and everything around us. Taking the time to ‘smell the roses’ is what helps us find meaning in this existence.
